Chloé grew up in London, England and is now based in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Currently she is in preparations for her residency in June 2025 at The Toneelschuur in Harlem, The Netherlands. Where she will workshop her concept for Constellations by Nick Payne (translated by Peter de Hoog).

Alongside directing Chloé translates surtitles for theatre productions in The Netherlands. She's often touring, running the surtitles during the shows. Currently she's touring on Nachtwacht directed by Guy Weizman which is a five hour interdisciplinary play.

In time of her education she has (intern) assisted De Dokter by Robert Icke at International Theatre Amsterdam and (intern) assisted Witch Hunt directed by Eline Arbo at Noord Nederlands Toneel and Club Guy Roni.
